i love the formula of this foundation so much but it's too light to be even my winter shade. (i'm an L2 olive in about face, for reference) it was wishful thinking when i bought it at the fwee pop up in seongsu... if they ever expand their shade range, fwee will have my $$$....

I went into this, expecting the story to mostly follow Yoojin, similarly to Welcome to the Hyunam-dong Bookshop. But this is actually connecting short stories of different patrons. So, I felt very meh about Hyunam-dong. I definitely enjoyed Soyangri Book Kitchen a lot more, but I think the books have a lot of similarities too. I really loved Yoojin, even though we don't get as much of her as I would've liked. This book was overall, sweet and easygoing, even though some of the patrons are dealing with heavy hearts. A few parts had me a little bored, NGL lol. But I've been reading a lot of high stress books, so the drastic change up in pace wasn't easy to adjust to. I recommend when you want something to help slow you down, in thoughts and in life. Have you read this yet?"
